Who We Are

We are local nurses, healthcare technicians and other frontline caregivers at Rogue Regional Medical Center who care for patients in the Rogue Valley every day.

We live here. We raise our families here. And we believe our community deserves a healthcare system that puts patients before profits.

That’s why we’ve come together to advocate for a stronger future for healthcare in Southern Oregon. Every day, we see the challenges facing our patients and caregivers—from staffing shortages and rising costs to decisions being made far from the communities they affect. We believe the people closest to patient care should have a voice in shaping the future of healthcare.

We’re fighting for a healthcare system where:

  • Patients can access safe, affordable, high-quality care
  • Caregivers have the staffing and resources needed to do their jobs safely
  • Communities have a voice in major healthcare decisions
  • Local healthcare needs come before corporate priorities
  • Healthcare executives are accountable to the people they serve

Rogue Regional was built to serve Southern Oregon. We believe decisions about our healthcare system should be guided by the needs of patients, caregivers and the communities that depend on it—not by out-of-state executives disconnected from the realities facing local families.

Together, we’re working to ensure Rogue Regional remains a true community hospital where patients come first, caregivers are supported, and healthcare decisions reflect the values of the Rogue Valley.

Join us in building a brighter future for healthcare in Southern Oregon.
